Next, we create a detailed Scope of Works. This document outlines exactly what we’ll deliver—cleaning schedules, specific tasks, staffing, and the outcomes you can expect. It’s designed to eliminate ambiguity, giving you a comprehensive plan that ensures alignment and sets clear expectations for everyone involved.


Finalize the Details
Step 3: Tailored Proposal + Quote
Using the insights from our walkthrough and our Scope of Works, we create a tailored proposal that lays out exactly what you can expect. In addition to your Scope of Works, it includes a cover letter, a transparent and detailed pricing quote, as well as a plan to address your specific needs and challenges. It’s a clear roadmap designed to give you confidence before we move forward to contract signing and onboarding as a new In-Tec partner.

Step 4: Your Contract with In-Tec
With the Scope of Works and proposal finalised, we formalise the partnership with a straightforward contract. This document is built to protect your interests and outlines every detail we’ve agreed on, so there’s no room for confusion. It’s about giving you confidence and trust in the process, so everything is clear before we move forward.


Setting You Up for Success
Step 5: Onboarding with In-Tec
Once the contract is signed, we begin onboarding. This includes a second walkthrough to finalise site-specific details, setting up equipment and materials, and assigning the right cleaning team. We also provide tailored training for the cleaners, so they’re fully prepared to deliver from day one. By the time we begin, your site will be ready to go.

Once operations begin, we stay actively involved to keep your site running smoothly.
